OBJECTIVE
To optimise the chances of success in the production of eau-de-vie

AUDIENCE
This course is for those concerned by the « management reserve », those who have set up a new pot still and of course all those who have contracts for aged eau-de-vie with negotiants.

PREREQUISITE :  a minimum practical knowledge of distilling would be desirable.
